The water coming from the machine is not cold

• Please check the power to the machine is on and that the lead is fully fitted into the back of the machine (See images for reference).
• If the machine is heavily used, please leave for approx. 10 minutes between dispenses to allow for adequate recovery time of chilling system. The machine must be given time to chill.
