• The engineers in our team provide genuine nationwide service. This means we can get an engineer to you faster than anybody else in the industry.

• All of our engineering team are trained to approved industry standards (EPDWA- European Point of Use Drinking Water Association) and receive ongoing training both on and offsite and from suppliers.
   
• All of our vehicles are fitted with the most update tracking and satellite navigation which optimises our routing to provide a faster service and reduce miles.
   
• Where possible we use LPG vehicles and even use public transport in central London to get our products to our customers as quickly as possible.
   
• We have a dedicated customer service UK helpdesk. All incoming calls are logged with a unique service number which means we can provide a constantly high standard to all of our customers.
